Cost of registration

Preregistration : 50 USD; the date on which you make this payment guarantees you the price level of the full registration.

NOTA: At the moment the prices of the levels are indicative and may vary slightly when they are definitively fixed. You can collaborate by making your pre-registration of 50 USD (US dollars).

Full Registration :

• Level 1: until October 31^st, 2026: 400 USD
• Level 2: from November 1^st, 2026 to April 30^th, 2027: 430 USD
• Level 3: from May 1^st to October 27^th, 2027: 470 USD

Minor children:

• From 0 to 5 years old: free of charge
• From 6 to 13 years old: 130 USD
• From 14 to 17 years old: 200 USD

Registration fee includes:

• Participation in all lectures, practices, artistic activities and meetings according to your membership category.
• Participant kit.
• Translation service during the lectures (English, French, Spanish, Portuguese).
• Excursion.
• Closing Dinner.

Conditions:

• Pre-registration for the congress is non-refundable and non-transferable. Full registration is non-refundable, but can be transferred to another person. However, once you have paid for pre-registration or full registration, you will have a legal period of 14 days to withdraw and request a refund, but keep in mind that the return costs will be assumed by you. Within a maximum period of 30 days we will refund the amount you would have paid less the expenses charged by the entities for the return
• The price does not change even if you do not participate in the excursion or the closing dinner.
• You must register and pay for minor children or family members who are not participating in the congress but who want to go to the excursion (50 USD) and the closing dinner (55 USD --children from 0 to 4 years free).
• Payments are made, by credit card or other payment methods, when you register. It is preferable to pay the balance of your registration in full before the congress. Cash payments must be made in USD or the equivalent in Euros.
